About Cass Property Consultants
Cass Property Consultants is a Limited Company formed by Kevin Sergeant in 2005. We provide Building Surveying Services to domestic and commercial clients throughout central Scotland. We also use our technical expertise in building maintenance and building failures to help homeowners, Building Managers and Landlords to resolve ongoing problems that are proving difficult to overcome. Whatever we do it is always approached with a high level of customer care and painstaking attention to detail. Our firm is registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and we are bound by their Rules and Code of Conduct.
Kevin Sergeant is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Management Surveyor with qualifications in Building Construction and Building Surveying. He is passionate about buildings having been involved with building works from a young age. Kevin’s father Tony was a domestic building contractor carrying out repairs and extensions for householders and small businesses. Kevin is keen to maintain the consistent high quality of information with which our existing clients are familiar and we are always happy to hear customer feedback.
